Exercise challenges in the media Part 2

November 4, 2017

So I went to see my physiotherapist. And yes, I’m an Osteopath and choose to see a Physiotherapist for my knee.  I choose the best person for the job in my opinion.  I have worked with many different disciplines and individual professionals over the years and now know whom is the best person for any number of specific ailments and can often recommend a particular practitioner to people all over the globe.

Colin Roberts is my preferred Physiotherapist up here in North Wales. He has over 15 years experience in the NHS and is also a Pilates teacher.  Colin has diagnosed a meniscal issue (a small structure in the knee that is made of cartilage and is involved in ‘shock absorption’) – my problem “too much running, too soon, too often”.  A very silly idea, particularly given that I am a specialist in sports!! We are all fallible! Rest and rehab for me!
